By Purchasing from The Creative Mum, you agree to be bound and to follow the following license terms and conditions.

1. The standard commercial license from The Creative Mum permits commercial use (till 1000 copies sold per product) and is only incorporated into your own product/design.
2. By purchasing The Creative Mum artwork, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable.
3. You CAN NOT deconstruct the graphic, combine it with another graphic, repackage, redraw and resell it as digital clip art or as is.
4. You CAN NOT give away it for free anywhere.
5. You CAN NOT include this design in bundles and resell it as clip art.
6. You cannot claim copyright or trademark designs containing the resources.
7. You cannot sub-license the design.
8. By purchasing The Creative Mum Designs, you are purchasing a license to use the content, NOT ownership of the content.

Do I have to buy a commercial license separately?

No. When you purchase our clip art the license is automatically included. The license is registered against the email you used to purchase. This license cannot be transferred.

We make it easy and simple, one less thing to worry about.

Do I have to credit the original designer?

No, The Creative Mum is the original designer. There is no requirement to credit us but we do love and appreciate it when you do!

Can I use the graphics from the graph as part of a logo?

Yes, you can use The Creative Mum graphics as part of a logo. We do ask you to use it with fonts and to create a distinctive new design that does not resemble the graphic used.

The ownership of the original design belongs to The Creative Mum, so please be aware of this as this means the graphic cannot be copyrighted or trademarked.

Keep in mind that you are licensing the non-exclusive rights to use the Items, therefore the same Items may be used by other parties as well.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our digital products, we cannot offer refunds on our digital content.
